High Nutrition-Low Cost Recipes for All Communities

Lolita M. Jones, MSHS, RHIA, CCS, President and Co-founder of Population Health Analytics Association Incorporated collaborated with Deletra Harmon, MS, RD, LD of Nutrition By Deletra LLC to create seven high nutrition-low cost recipes.

One of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Healthy People 2030 goals is to “Improve health by promoting healthy eating and making nutritious foods available.”  Ms. Jones believes that her organization has a responsibility to help our country achieve this goal, which is why she collaborated with Deletra Harmon, a Registered Dietician and Licensed Dietitian.

These high nutrition-low cost recipes can be prepared using ingredients found at grocery stores, convenience stores, dollar stores, and food pantries.  If you live in an urban, suburban, rural, or tribal community, you can prepare and eat these seven healthy low-cost meals!
